Candidate applications will be reviewed and individuals will be informed, at each stage, if they have been successful or not.

Stage 1.

Email your CV together with a covering letter explaining why you want to join the scheme to Nigel Booth (hdft.estatesgraduates@nhs.net). If you are successful you will be sent an application form to complete

Stage 2.

Complete the application form with the following:

Applications will be reviewed and candidates will be informed as to whether they have been successful or not. Successful candidates will proceed to stage 3.

Stage 3.

Invited to and attend online

Candidates will be reviewed and informed if they have been successful or not. Successful candidates will proceed to stage 4.

Stage 4.

Invited to and attend online/Face to Face

Successful candidates will be offered a role on the Estates Graduate Training Scheme.

Stage 5.

Details of successful candidate are passed onto NHS Organisation’s HR department for on boarding
