How to apply

Our application process is designed to be clear, supportive, and fair. Here's what to expect:

Stage 1: Online Application

Complete an online form and upload your documents. You'll be asked to provide:

Applications are reviewed once the shortlisting process begins. You'll be notified whether you're moving to the next stage.

Stage 2: Online Interview

If shortlisted, you’ll be invited to a Microsoft Teams interview with two people from the graduate scheme team.

This is a structured conversation to assess your motivation, communication, and understanding of the programme.

Stage 3: Assessment Centre

Attend an in-person Assessment Centre. This typically includes:

Successful candidates will receive an offer to join the Procurement Graduate Training Scheme shortly after the assessment centre.

Stage 4: Onboarding

Your details will be passed to the HR team at your host NHS organisation to begin onboarding.
